To meet the demand for changing consumer tastes, we have launched the Connoisseurs Choice range. A range of honeys from around the world, the connoisseurs choice proves that honey is not just honey. 

With varieties of colour and flavour there is something for everyone.  Not that into honey? Try the Acacia honey for a gentle, light flavour that still has all the health benefits of honey.  Ideal for the more adventurous, the Orange Blossom and Tasmanian Leatherwood add a little more zing to your day.  

The New Zealand Manuka Active 10+ and New Zealand Manuka 15+ has a distinctive flavour and texture. Perfect with porridge, toast or just warm milk, Manuka Active 10+ has many reported uses in apitherapy as a natural medicine. 

Speciality Honey Range
 
The delightful Pure Irish Honey is part of this very special range and the real gem of Mileeven. Unfortunately scarce enough, thanks to the Irish climate, its flavour is delicately charming and seeped in tradition, a real Sunday treat.  

The honey with Irish Cream Liqueur gained its gold medal for its creamy flavour and texture unique to Mileeven.  Both the honey and Jameson and Honey and Irish Mist have robust flavours ideal for baking or glazing.

Christmas Range

We know that people require good quality food at Christmas as well as every other time of year. therefore we have an Award Winning range of Christmas Puddings and great Christmas Pudding accompiaments -  Brandy Butter, Whiskey Liqueur Butter and Orange Liqueur Butter.

For those that don't feel like making big Christmas Cakes we have delightful traditional fruit cakes in 400g, 600g and 900g sizes - ideal as they are or ice them for and easy solution for a Christmas Cake that has a real homemade taste. Includes Whiskey Fruit Cake, Porter Fruit Cake and Traditional Fruit Cake.

Our Cranberry and Port Sauce is also ideal with any poultry dish.
